Mission
Articulate a network aimed to coordinate, unify, represent and train the shelters, institutions and service centers for children of Puerto Rico, with the purpose of building a social movement so that children know and enjoy their rights, also developing in spaces free of violence.
Vision
Be the voice that adds voices for the rights of children, to advise, train, collaborate, accompany, listen and represent the interests of children and youth in Puerto Rico, especially those in contexts of violence.
