Red por los Derechos de la Niñez y la Juventud de Puerto Rico announced its sponsorship of the Child and Adult Care Food Program of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). CACFP is a federal program that provides funds enabling sponsors to offer nutritious meals and snacks to children ages 0 to 5. CACFP contributes to the well-being, healthy growth, and development of children, youth, and adults in the United States and its territories.
Children enrolled in Head Start are automatically eligible to receive free meals and no certification is required to determine eligibility.
The facilities listed below will provide the following meal services Monday through Friday:

Responsibilities and Rights of the Program:
- Meals will be available to current and potential participants free of charge.
- Meals are available to all participants and all participants are served the same meals regardless of race, color, national origin, sex (gender identity or sexual orientation), age, or disability, and there is no discrimination in food service on the basis of protected classes.
- Individuals with limited English proficiency have the right to free language assistance services in a language they can understand (e.g., translation and interpretation services).
- Individuals with disabilities have the right to free accommodations in an alternative language or format they can understand (e.g., auxiliary aids and services and reasonable modifications).
- Program participants with a disability who require meal modifications have the right to a reasonable accommodation.
