There are many ways to volunteer. Here you’ll find a description of our volunteer options so you can choose the one that best matches your interests and skills.

1. One-time: Requires a one-time commitment in a short period of 31 days or less.
2. Long-term: Requires a commitment for a longer period of equal to more than 31 days.
3. Virtual: Volunteers can participate online and are not required to be physically present at any of our centers or offices.
4. Emergency: Can be a one-time or long-term opportunity, depending on the tasks required and the needs that arise.
